When and how often is my subscription delivered?
Du wählst zwischen monatlicher Delivery (alle 30 Tage) oder quartalsweise (alle 90 Tage). Den genauen Liefertermin kannst du jederzeit in deinem Kundenkonto verschieben — früher oder später.
Erhalte ich vor jeder Delivery eine Erinnerung?
Ja, fünf Tage vor jeder Folge-Delivery erhältst du eine E-Mail. So hast du genug Zeit, etwas anzupassen, zu pausieren oder zu überspringen.
Where do you deliver? Are there shipping costs?
Wir liefern in Germany, Österreich und die Schweiz. Im Spar-Abo ist der Versand dauerhaft kostenfrei — bei jeder Delivery.
Welche Paymentsmethoden stehen zur Verfügung?
Kreditkarte (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, SEPA-Lastschrift, Klarna sowie Apple Pay und Google Pay. Schweiz: zusätzlich TWINT. Die Payment erfolgt automatisch zum Zeitpunkt jeder Delivery.
Kann ich meine Paymentsmethode ändern?
Ja, jederzeit über dein Kundenkonto. Die Änderung ist bei der nächsten Delivery sofort aktiv.
Do I get an invoice?
Ja. Nach jeder Delivery erhältst du automatisch eine Rechnung per E-Mail sowie zum Download in deinem Kundenkonto.
Can I change the delivery date?
Yes. In your account you can move any future delivery date forward or back by any number of days.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You can pause for 1 to 6 months — after that it resumes automatically, or you extend the pause.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your account you'll find the cancel button. One click is enough — no reason needed, no waiting period. You get a confirmation by email.
Is there a minimum term?
Nein. Du kannst dein Spar-Abo nach der ersten Delivery jederzeit kündigen. Keine Mindestlaufzeit, keine Kündigungsfrist.
Wie lange reicht eine Delivery?
Eine Standard-Dose enthält Tagesdosen für 30 Tage. Quarterlys-Abo erhältst du entsprechend drei Monatsdosen pro Delivery.
